Agent team

Agents check each other.
A person decides.

For one process, a team of agents: one prepares the case, one checks it, one argues the other side. A person takes the decision, and every step goes on record. Five questions, and your team assembles on screen.

Assemble the team for one process

Pick the process and answer with buttons. Each answer seats an agent or changes its job, and a fictional case moves through the team to the person who decides.

  1. Treasurer’s copilotAgent

Gathers the invoice, the contract and the delivery note, prepares the case and drafts the proposal for the decision.

  2. CheckerAgent

Runs the checks you set on every case and names the source of each result.

  3. A personPerson

Sees the case already prepared, checked and challenged, and decides with one button. Can return it with a comment.

  4. Decision logSystem

Keeps who decided, when, on what grounds and from which sources, and what each agent prepared.

What always goes to a person

  • Anything that moves money, signs or commits the company
  • Anything sent outside the company
  • Any case an agent hands back because it cannot finish or is unsure

Rights in the pilot

Agents only read, advise and draft. Recording and execution stay with people. An agent earns more rights step by step, through a record of approved work, and each step up is a person’s decision.

Built from your answers by simple rules, not a promise. Yours to edit and share.

How we work

Agents and desks come last. First the company’s own knowledge is collected, cleaned and checked by its people.

  1. CollectEmail, chats, documents, spreadsheets and systems, each piece with its origin.
  2. CleanDuplicates merged, conflicts and out-of-date facts flagged for a person.
  3. Verify with peopleFacilitation sessions where your people confirm, correct and set priorities.
  4. Map and MegabrainOne model of how the company runs, which desks and agents then work from.
Then desks and agents, built on what your people confirmedOur approach in full

What you get

  • TeamA team for one processWho prepares the case, who checks it, who argues the other side and who decides, drawn for your process.
  • CharterA charter for every agentIts job, its rights, who checks it, and when it must hand the case back to a person.
  • LimitsWhat always stays with peopleMoney, signatures, anything sent outside, and the cases your rules give to a person. Written down, not assumed.
  • PilotThe team on real casesThe team works at one desk. Agents read, advise and draft; your people decide; every decision goes on record.

How it goes

Why a team and not one agent

An agent that checks its own work has nobody to catch its mistakes. In a team every agent is checked by another, and the decision stays with a person. Trust and security

  1. Send the charter with the requestIt tells us the process, the checks and who decides. Change anything before you send it.
  2. A conversation with the process ownerWe check the charter against how the work really runs, and correct the team.
  3. Your rules and checks written downThe limits, approvals and checks the agents follow, each with its source and its owner.
  4. The team works at one deskOn real cases, with read access only. The person at the desk decides every case.
  5. We look at what the team didReturned cases, accepted proposals and the challenger’s objections, straight from the decision log.

Which process needs a second pair of eyes?

Send the charter with the request. We reply within one working day and agree who joins the first conversation.

Questions people ask

Why several agents instead of one?

An agent that prepares and checks its own work has nobody to catch its mistakes. In a team each agent has one job and narrow rights, another agent checks its work, and the challenger looks for the reason not to approve. The person sees both sides before deciding.

What can the agents do in a pilot?

Read, advise and draft. Recording and execution stay with people. An agent earns more rights step by step, through a record of approved work, and each step up is a person’s decision.

Who is responsible for a decision?

The person who takes it. The decision log keeps who decided, when, on what grounds and from which sources, and what each agent prepared.

What happens when the agents disagree?

The case goes to the person with both views side by side: the proposal, the checks and the challenger’s objection. Agents never settle a case by a vote among themselves.

Can we change the team later?

Yes. Agents are added, removed or given new checks as the process changes. Every change to an agent’s job or rights is approved by a person and recorded.

Is the case on this page real?

No. The cases and names are fictional. The charter is built from your answers by simple rules, and we check it against your process in the first conversation.
