Your data, your servers, your decisions
AI agents prepare the work. People decide. Everything is on record, and nothing leaves your environment unless you allow it.
Where the data lives
Wherever you choose, including your own servers. For a government agency this means the data stays in the agency’s environment and in the country. The platform keeps working without an internet connection.
Local and outside models
Routine work runs on local models inside your environment. An outside model is used only if you allow it, for a hard task. Before anything leaves, names, contacts, amounts and other identifying details are masked, and the answer is restored inside your environment.
People decide
Agents read, check, draft and follow up. Money, law, signatures and anything sent outside the organisation are always approved by a person. This is human-in-the-loop by design, not a setting.
How agents earn rights
Every agent has a named owner and set rights. It starts narrow and earns wider rights only through a record of approved work. Every step up is a decision by a person.
The decision log
Every decision keeps who made it, when, on what grounds, from which sources and under which version of the rule. The log is the audit trail for audits, for handovers between staff and for training the agents.
Your existing systems stay
The platform connects to the systems you already use, such as CRM, accounting, email and document storage, and works on top of them. Nothing has to be replaced to start.
