Pilot one desk

One desk. Real cases.
Your people decide.

We set up one desk for one role on your process. Agents check every case and propose the decision. Your people decide, and we measure what changes.

Choose the role. Take the decision.

Each desk opens on the most important case, already checked, with every source named. Switch the role and press the button.

    What we need from you

    • An owner for the process, who agrees the rules
    • The person who works at the treasurer desk
    • Read access to accounting and email
    Request this pilot

Built from your answers by simple rules, not a promise. Nothing is sent until you send the request.

    What the pilot measures

    1. Time a case waitsFrom the moment a case reaches the desk to the decision. Measured on your cases before the pilot and during it.
    2. Cases that come backHow often a decision is returned because a check was missed or a document was wrong.
    3. Agent proposals acceptedHow often the person approves what the agent prepared without changes. This is how an agent earns more rights.
    4. ChasingHow many reminders, calls and messages it takes to move a case. The desk should make most of them unnecessary.

Measured on your own cases, before and during the pilot. We do not promise numbers in advance.

    What the pilot includes

    • DeskOne working deskA queue sorted by importance, the case solver and the dossier, built for one role on your process.
    • AgentsAgents that prepare the workThey check each case, name their sources and propose the decision. In the pilot they only read, advise and draft.
    • RulesYour rules on recordLimits, approvals and checks written down once and applied to every case, with the source of each rule.
    • PeopleYour people trainedThe person at the desk and the process owner learn to work with the desk and to correct the agents.

    What we need from you

What agents never do in a pilot

Pay, sign or send anything on their own. Change data in your systems without a person’s approval. Send your data to outside models unmasked. Take a decision the rule gives to a person. Trust and security

    1. Choose the role and the processOne desk where cases pile up and the decision is clear: payments, purchases, contracts, the leadership office.
    2. Time with the person at the deskA few conversations with the person who will use it and the owner of the process.
    3. Read access to the data the desk needsOnly the systems and documents behind this one desk. Nothing is written to your systems without a person’s approval.
    4. Work on real casesAgents prepare, the person decides. Every decision and every correction goes on record.
    5. Review the measures togetherWaiting time, returns, accepted proposals and chasing, compared with how it ran before.

    Questions people ask

Why one desk and not the whole company?

One desk shows the result on real cases quickly and with little risk. The model behind it is the same for every desk, so the next ones are added without starting over.

Which systems does the desk work with?

The ones your process already uses: accounting, CRM, mail, documents, spreadsheets. In the pilot the desk reads from them and writes back only through a person’s approval.

What can the agents do in the pilot?

Read, advise and draft. Recording and execution stay with people. An agent earns more rights step by step, once its proposals are accepted often enough.

    Where does our data stay?

In your environment or ours, as agreed. Names, amounts and bank details are masked before any call to an outside model. Sensitive checks run on local models.

    What happens after the pilot?

Your team keeps the desk. We add the next desk or process to the same model on subscription, one at a time.
