What we build
SORP AI-Native Platform is a management layer on top of an organisation’s existing data. It turns documents, systems and conversations into one working model of the organisation: processes, roles and desks where AI agents prepare the work and people make the decisions. It is built in Dubai by SORP Management Consulting for companies and government agencies, and can run inside the customer’s own environment with local models.
Where the platform comes from
The platform grew inside the SORP group, which uses it in its own work. Its desks, agents and rules were first tried on the group’s own processes before they were offered to anyone else.

Every implementation follows the same path.
- Assessment. How work really runs today, and the choice of one first process.
- Pilot. That process on the platform, with your own people, inside your environment.
- Handover. Your team takes the process over.
- Growth on subscription. The next process, then the next one.
The price is set after the assessment, because it depends on the processes, desks and agents you start with.
