## Definitions
### What is an AI-native operating model?
A way of running an organisation in which AI agents prepare routine work inside defined processes and roles, and people make every decision on money, law, signatures and anything sent outside. SORP AI-Native Platform puts this model to work as a layer on top of the systems the organisation already uses.

### How does an AI layer work on top of ERP and CRM?
The platform does not replace accounting, ERP or CRM systems. It connects to them, builds one model of processes, roles and rules on top, and lets agents read, check and draft. Anything that moves money, commits the organisation or leaves it is approved by a person first.

### What is a desk?
A desk is the working place of one role, such as a treasurer, a buyer or the head of a minister’s office. It shows a queue of cases sorted by urgency, the case in work with the agents’ preparation, and a dossier of the facts that matter for the decision.

### How do AI agents earn more rights?
Every agent starts with narrow rights and a named owner. It earns wider rights only through a record of approved work, for example moving from drafting replies to sending status updates, and every step up is a decision by a person.

### Can the platform run on-premises, without the internet?
Yes. It can be deployed on the organisation’s own servers. Routine work runs on local models without an internet connection. An outside model is used only if the organisation allows it, and names, contacts and other identifying details are masked before anything leaves.

### What does the decision log record?
Every decision keeps who made it, when, on what grounds, from which sources and under which version of the rule. The log serves audits, handovers between staff and the training of agents.
